    Can anyone recommend a good spot for mature students which is close to campus and not too pricey? How much could I expect to pay per month for a non shared double room?

    2 final year students (2014-2015) desperately need to find 2 single rooms for the next academic year. We're fairly quiet, tidy and also love a bit of craic! Really, really want to get this sorted before the exams so if anyone could help at all, please drop me a PM or even a reply here! Thanks a mill :)

    Five will-be second years looking for a house for next year. Four girls, one boy. Very neat and tidy and pretty sensible. If anyone knows of a house that will be empty next year, we are ready to go and can pay deposits straight away, no need to wait for anyone. Please pm if you know of a house like that that isn't on the college accom list yet or something. We're having pretty terrible luck.

    One, possibly two, double rooms to rent for the academic year (September-June 14/15) in Beaufield. Just ten minutes walk to the university and town, quiet, pretty estate. Would be sharing with two clean, friendly, reliable female housemates - two working graduates. Looking for CLEAN, reliable and agreeable people to share with. Rooms will be 75 euro each per week with bin charges included. Bills average at 25 euro a month and you will have option to opt into sky internet bundle for 20 euro per month also.

    3 female third year students looking a accommodation for 14/15 academic year.
    We are clean, tidy and able to pay deposit straightway. We are looking for single bedrooms and we don't mind if the house is 4 or 5 bedroom we will find someone or people to rent straight away. We want somewhere close to campus maximum walking distance of 15-20 mins. PM if anyone knows where I can a place, thank you in advance :)

    I'm a 3rd year international student (a girl) looking for a place for 14/15, from September to June - a single room preferably.
    I can pay up to €400/month, including bills (and internet).
    I'm clean, friendly and reliable!
    I'm really looking for somewhere where I'd be able to study, so no partying everyday ^^ (close to campus would be a plus).

    Is anybody having any luck finding a place? Gonna end up commuting over an hour each way in my final year, which is just not ideal :(

    Hey, I have 2 rooms(single) to let in a 4 room house in Kingsbry for the summer. Rent will be €40 a week and other bills include electricity, gas(should be next to nothing during summer) and internet(yet to be arranged). PM me if interested.

    Double Bed bedroom in Cluain Aoibhinn. 4 girls currently there. Looking for a 5th :)
    We're all quite and like to have movie nights etc :D
    Looking for another girl. Its a ten min walk to campus and house is really nice.
    Let me know asap if you're interest. Deposit is 1 month rent. Lease is from the 8th of September to the 8th of June.

    Hello all, I've applied to go into 1st year in NUI Maynooth in September and am looking to live on campus. What's the best place to choose from River, Rye and Village and why? Pros and Cons for each place, Which would be the most ideal for a 1st year, etc.

    And as far as off-campus accommodation goes where would be the best to choose? Take into factor cost, living conditions and craic ;)

    Any replies would be much appreciated.

    Still looking for a room for September.
    Mature Youth and Community Work student, male, clean, can cook (very well), no pets but pets in a house aren't an issue I like dogs and cats. Looking for a double room, looking for something long term, not just september - june, I'm going to be in Maynooth for 3 years and plan on getting comfy.

    Hey,
    I am undergraduate at NUIM studying Community and Youth Work. I am in my finally year and I will be going on work placement to Hong Kong for semester one. I have organised a house to rent but I am looking for someone to take it for only semester one, September to December. The house is in a lovely location and you will be sharing the house with three other students, two girls and one boy. It's €100 a week, includes bins and water charge. Gas as heating.

    I found Rye grand, but then again I got one of the few rooms with it's own bathroom and I was only there for about 2 months*...

    *I was sick and had to defer college, not because of the room
