Electric Head Shaver

Been shaving the head for the past 3 years, bought a Wahl clippers, started off with a no.2 grade, as the hair got lighter on top worked down to using the clippers on its own with no guide comb. Think its time to go for the fully shaved look! Thinking of buying an electric shaver to do the job every few days, rather than using a razor and doing a wet shave. Any recomendations? Loads of shavers out there ranging from small money to €200 +. Dont want to buy something that wont be fit for the job and will be replacing in a few months, but dont really want to spend over €80-100 either. Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased these clippers and am very happy with them so far.Gives a very close shave.

Personally I use K-Tel Bottle-Cutters -though it has to be said - with mixed results.
For the small little nicks and cuts a standard band-aid plaster is more than adequate, but for deep gashes and lacerations a strong unguent is recommended, followed by a large brandy and port to be poured directly into the open wound.

Thanks for the replies folks, have been meaning to reply for ages. Like the look of the Wahl Balding one, might invest soon. How you finding it since?

I find it brilliant ,use it 2 or 3 times a week.Its very tight without a blade on it but I prefer it than shaving with a razor.

Sounds perfect. Did you find Amazon was the best value to purchase? Have been keeping an eye out in the likes of Boots etc, but no retailers seem to stock them.

I bought one of those from Terrisales on Abbey St. They have a website as well.

Free postage,will cost around €50.Its says it is US voltage but mine came with 240V and 3 pin plug.I would wait until it arrives before buying a transformer as it might not be required.
