    So I just got this random text a few minutes ago

    "Jamie, it's chloe. ive no phone, im on webtext. so you wont be able to text me! im really sorry jamie, but i just dont wanna be with anyone, so we are finished. im really sorry!x please dont go around telling everyone straight away keep it between us for now! I'm really sorry!"

    How would you feel if you were Jamie?
    If you were Chloe, would you be that brutal to do it via a text?

    personally I think it's pretty fúcking cruel..

    edit: I'm not Jamie btw.. it's a wrong number.

    ....also, what's going to happen when they next meet and Chloe thinks she's broken it off, but Jamie is blissfully unaware as he never got the text...

    Text her back regardless, on Jamies behalf, with inferences about the incestual nature of her parents relationship and maybe mention in a few different ways that she is a lady of the night.

    I think if you've only been seeing someone casually or for a short amount of time, breaking up by text is fine.

    The whole, "don't text me back, don't tell anybody" thing is ridiculous though.
