Most car parts places would do that. There is one just up past the Locke Bar as you head towards Grove Island. Its on the left just after the traffic lights

Limerick Brakes, Cathedral Place (the side street of the Horse & Hound Pub) will do them for you.

Halfords, if you are really stuck but they are expensive.
