    First year Sociology - Global Sociology (Second Edition) by Cohen & Kennedy. This is a second semester module, you either do Global Sociology or European Politics (something along those lines anyway). Selling for €20.

    Just to point out that the lecturer of this module has stated on moodle that the required textbook for the module this year is "Economics", 2nd edition, Mankiw & Taylor.

    I would hold off on buying books until you meet your lecturers or have some form of contact with them, and then i'd find out if you *really* need to buy them.. that Economics book I mentioned is 63euro...;)

    All those economics books are available in the library and there are also several textbooks by different authors that cover the same material. There's really no need to be buying them.
