Express Lane - Toll Plaza

I think this is important enough that it might get lost in the regular Toll Plaza / Tunnel thread. I have noticed a lot of people lately stopping under the express lane gantry so it reads their tag and more people waiting under the gantry until the person in front of them goes through the barrier. I hope I'm not the only…
