22 year old Kenneth Wallin from the Swedish Armed Forces was killed in the area west of Mazar-E-Sharif, Afghanistan.
His vehicle, a Patgb203A was called in to support a CV90 that was being attacked with small arms fire and RPGs. On the way there, the vehicle got hit by a IED. Kenneth recieved CPR from his colleagues and was transported by a american medevac helicopter to the german base Marmal, where he was declared dead.
Rest in peace.
