Cannot meet my bills, have no assets, owe about 25k, If I declare myself Bankrupt, What is the backlash ? I know my credit rating will be zero...Anything else.... Thanks

You can't do it - someone has to do it to you. For €25k, nobody is going to do it.

Talk to www.mabs.ie and try to pay some of it off.
