HDPC GFX ?

What would you reccomend GFX card wise for use in a HDPC. The machine will be playing blue ray and preferably be passivly cooled? im a complete noob please help........

what does
"Blue-Ray HD DVD support" actually mean" and how do i get sound from the pc to the tv?

what would you recommend for ram and cpu ?
