Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sky keeps FREEZING

    My Sky has started to freeze , it only started this evening , I have unplugged it and reset it ..


    Any Ideas ???

    sounds like the hard drive is going , if you are still in warrenty get it replaced as soon as you can

    Yep I thought it might be a Sky+. It the hard drive. If your in warranty get it fixed for free. If your not, threaten to cancel and get it fixed for free....simple

    sounds like a repeat of your ITV not going free prediction. In reality its impossible to say exactly what the fault is without testing on site, all we can do here is give general pointers as to what may be wrong.

    Overheating? Is it in a well ventilated area? All Sky boxes, but espically the Sky+ box, needs air circulating around it.
