Think that injury had the opposite effect I wanted. Not much sign of Ronaldo at all in the second half. Kinda needed his presence to get him booked.

Betting isn't a bother or obligation. You don' have to bet in every match (in fact that would not work well), and it makes sense to look at odds for the final even if one of the teams is your outright pick. You backing madird outright doesn't mean you can't find good value in this specific match.
