I do for the most part. Not too strict a routine cause I'd get bored of it.

Haha....I wish (almost though!)

Get someone to show you proper way to use equipment....also follow/read threads on the fitness forum....cannot be understated how good it is

No not really. I do whole heartedly support them but can't always get to the matches.

I can't recall to be honest. It doesn't happen very often. I fell on my ass Thursday night from too much beer but I was by myself. I think falling in public would embarrass me alright.
