The players can simply ignore the media coverage, I'd imagine most of them don't give a toss about the media. Mourihnio seems to enjoy the attention for the sake of it partly as he never had it as a player and wants to be the star of the show now. Kevin Keegan losing his temper has lead to 20 years of bull about mind games between managers. Thats just my opinion on it though I could be totally wrong.
