Tactics (Students vs Teachers soccer match)

Decided I'd post just for some fun.
We've a Leaving Cert vs Teachers match coming up, students have never won.
The teachers usually have the principal ref, but we're getting a student for one half this year.

We're playing 6-2-2 (two wing backs)
They're playing dirty. All the kicking, punching and pulling you can imagine.
We've 2 girls (very good footballers) on the team and the rest are the strongest lads in the year.
1 plays underage pro. (Midfield)
1 county minor (striker)
And me, the 5'8 bundle of pace and shots to knock teeth out! Also striker.

So to amuse myself, I'd like to see your tactics for us.
(General dirty play is already ingrained in us) we were thinking of going for counter attacks, trying to not concede more than anything as the matches are usually after the grad mass (hungover/still drunk) and the teachers always win by a goal or two, never high scoring.
So we'll be leaving the two strikers to either hold up the ball for the mids or take on all before them/long range shots.

Any tactics?
(Or questions Re players etc)

Put three lads on the opponent who has the ball. Make them run all over the field. You are young lads, they are unfit, drinkers, some smokers etc. Play to your strengths.

Our grad mass (read: pub session till early hours of the morning) which just happens to be the night before.
We were told to 'celebrate the night before because they're won't be much celebratin after the match'

I would suggest starting with a ball playing goalkeeper who can sweep behind the defence if need .The you should have a sweeper and stopper in the middle of defence combined with 2 wing backs.Then in midfield you should have a regista and then a pivot beside him in the midfield.Slightly on the left I'd play with a false 10 and on the right hand of the attacking midfield I'd play with a fantasista (as they are called in Italy).

Up front I'd play a False Number 9 and a then a Francis Jeffers style fox in the box to get all those taps in that will be created by this teams seamless fluid passing that will be impossible to stop.

Playing a pass any more than 10 metres forward is a betrayal of this teams philosophy and you should only play load of very short passes over and over till you wear the teachers out and produce taps in for your fox in the box striker.

You must remember that the main thing is not to win but to build a legacy with this team and have a template for all future students teams when they play against the teachers.

I remember having one of these on my last day of 4th year, slid in on one of the teachers in the first 5 minutes and sat him on his arse. The ref who was another teacher gave me a yellow card, I called him a prick and got sent off. Went home early to enjoy the summer holidays
