Nobody would probably give a shit if it weren't for the injunction.

Journalists tend not to like being silenced, so they'll fight to say what it is they want to say; even if it's not particularly interesting.

Celebs depend on their clean (for most part) media personas and the limelight it involves, and are all too happy to court the press when it suits them. It's ****ty when they go to such lengths to avoid a bit of what could be considered 'negative' attention.

Now you could argue that it's nobody's business in the first place, but the media always reports on stuff that isn't the business of anyone else.
