Very reliable. Will generally reply within minutes if it's someone I want to speak too :P If not... May wait a little while :P

Having said that, I'd be reluctant to write someone off because of it- some people just have a five second memory and aren't concerned that you haven't replied to one message before sending another. I think it can be a sign of naivety rather or even simple affection and not necessarily a sign of neediness.
