If he broke my heart then to be honest the best thing you can do is build yourself back up, and meet someone who treats you better. Someone who doesn't need to be asked to be there, someone who wants to spend time with you, someone who doesn't keep you as his dirty little secret, someone who makes you feel like you're enough and you're not second best.
Meet someone who's worthy, and decent, and a worthwhile person - that's the best revenge, realising what a piece of **** you had a lucky escape from.
