That was named after Lord Raglan, a British army officer who died during the Crimean War, as was Raglan Road in Dublin, which inspired the poem and song 'On Raglan Road'.

Not Irish language, but there is a town in Australia called Bourke, as well as the main street in Melbourne being Bourke St, and in Sydney Bourke St. is also very well known, with 'Bourke Street Bakery' that is almost nationally famous it seems.

All of these are named after Richard Bourke, a Dubliner who went on to be Governor of New South Wales and played a very big role in freeing/liberating/whatevering the convicts, and in stopping transportation of convicts from the UK/Ireland to Australia.
