Looking forward to seeing the forthcoming S7 in its various formats.

Supposedly being reveled on 21st Feb and then released on 11th March.

That's probably the same general email we all got earlier. 2 days ago would have still been a pre-order, so who knows when they will ship them.

Are you using the flat S7 or the Edge? The pixel density is higher on the flat model and that's the only thing putting me off the edge as I've some VR projects I'm hoping to work on.

The ppi diff is fairly minimal, but the pixels are quite clear to see at least on the 3D elements.

Does anyone have the S7 on Vodafone. Wondering what unremovable bloat they loaded on it this year and if that awful Vodafone protect pile of shoite is on it.

Also, any sign of BTU firmware yet ?

I got a Voda one and chucked my Eir SIM in, the only Voda program it has that I couldn't uninstall is the Voda "Updates" App.

You could on the S6. No reason why not on the S7. Though if you disable their messaging and email apps then I think you will loose some of the edge functionality they bring. Like messages popping up from the edge in balloons.

BTU is already on sammobile so you can flash that in odin to remove the bloat

No. At the moment it just says processing. I emailed and paid the extra to move to the edge.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure myself since the phone has been paid for. I was hoping we might get an earlier release but it's looking like it won't be until 11th afterall

I sent an email to check if everything's still good and also to ask if they are still shipping tomorrow
