Do Females Watch Porn

Okay, I'm male and homosexual.

But I've always been curious about one thing. Is it only men who are dirty bastards. Is it something about our male make-up that has us having a 'one track mind'.

I'm extremely curious not only about straight males but about straight females.

Do women lust after the male form. If they do , then do they buy porn mags of muscular studs? If not , why not ?

Are women less superficial than men ? And I mean superficial in the physical sense. Does a woman look at a big chested muscular guy and completely disregarded his physical form and just look to see if he's a nice guy.

And I have to ask, do heterosexual women masturbate? Do they masturbate over pics or videos of men.

If they don't that's fine. But why not? Why do men do it and woman don't ( if that's the case).

I have this sneaking suspicion that women are just the same sexual animals as men are in their thoughts but they keep it to themselves to show that they are somehow superior in some sense.

I could be totally wrong, but it does amuse me to think about women who wear sexy boots down the high street walking in threesomes looking sexy. I'd go for some of them myself If I was straight.

From my experience, most men tend to watch porn. 100% of my close male friends watch porn regulary.

From previous relationships, female friends etc. I would break down females into 3 fairly equal groups.
1. Watch and enjoy "standard" porn in a similar way to men.
2. Prefer a much softer, sensual type of porn.
3. Don't really get turned on by the visual side of things that porn offers, that's not to say that they're not sexual.

In fairness, many lobby + feminist groups and news articles against porn would paint the picture that men are the only ones who watch it and women only get their kicks from erotic literature or watching Ryan Gosling get topless......or that they are generally sexless.

I've known a lot of women who were absolute porn-hounds, they could rhyme off a list of their favourite porn sites and find what they like within a heartbeat. It could be down to some being more willing to admit it than a lot of men would.

I knew of one girl who was into BDSM and pregnancy porn. She had probably the biggest and most well-organised porn I had ever seen, it was actually impressive :pac:

Because female can refer to any species. Woman refers to humans.
Female is an adjective and by using it to refer to women, it's not only grammatically incorrect but it reduces women to their reproductive parts and abilities.
But go on, keep telling me why you think I shouldn't be annoyed by a word that doesn't refer to you in a dehumanising way. :rolleyes:

I can only chip in my perspective, but as a female woman I don't find the word dehumanising at all. I do get quite annoyed at people who nitpick language though, no offence intended to you.

ETA: If I wanted to nitpick language, by the way, I'd point out that female is both a noun and an adjective.
