When your connected by either method then enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 depending on how the router is set up. The username and password will be the defaults again, usually admin with password on a Netgear! Then, set it up with the correct Eir settings and away you go! I'm not sure what you are trying to do with that whole static IP address but that is a separate topic!
