I never got a One4all giftcard, but when I do get a giftcard I usually put the bloody thing away and forget about it till the year after, when they are expired. So maybe they are.

Not everywhere takes them. It limits what one can use it on. That being said, if it's a gift, I can't complain too much I guess!
