I really thought I was coming down with the flu (still not 100%, but better).

I singed up for Shamanic Meditation groups as a coping mechanism so I will be calmer and not be so wound up and ranty. I found them very helpful before and it's a nice way to meet people.

Nothing planned this weekend but had an unexpected call from a friend earlier and we grabbed food. Which was nice.
