Thank you for the kind words. That's a strong team for the most part, the only issue Id have with it is a common one in a lot of teams this year. The combination of the 4.5 million dud midfielder with the cheap striker. It means that you're almost compelled to play Deeney even in the really tough away games because you don't have the sort of defence to go 4-4-2 and you're not going to want to play Wanyama because he doesn't carry a goal/assist threat really.

I would downgrade Ramsey or Mane (depending on your preference) to maybe Ritchie, and upgrade Deeney to Sakho. Meaning you'd be able to play Ritchie for all Bournemouth's home games and bench him for the away ones and do the same alternating with Sakho. Depending on which player you downgraded, you'd have either 1.0 or 1.5 left to beef up that defence too.

Because all the things you mentioned seem to be accounted for in his price. He isn't an attacking midfielder.

Not a million miles away from own team at the moment, I like the balance. I've gone Courtois, Huth and Muniesa as well, with Targett as an early season 4m player and Bellerin instead of Mertesacker - as far as I know Bellerin is pretty nailed on?

Same big three in midfield, but I'm not rotating any of my front 7. I had Kane in for a good while, but I'm not sure 9.5m is the right price for him, I'd have to see if he can re-produce last season's form before I get him in, his spot will probably go to Lukaku or Benteke, or maybe even Pelle, early doors.

Overall though, nice team.

OK. I've ignored FF for the last few weeks to avoid going crazy but thought it best to take a look at with a week left.

This is my first serious draft. I'm pretty happy with it but I'm sure there's room for improvement

Courtois - cheapest way into Chelsea defence that I could see
Rudd - bench fodder - will be playing Courtois every week

Defence will rotate 3 from 4 of

Muniesa - appears to be first choice for Stoke
Cédric - Southampton - based solely off last year
Mertersaker - Would prefer Bellerin but is he nailed on?
Huth - Hoping Ranieri knows how to get a team to defend
Saylor - Just bench fodder

Midfield
3 big hitters in Hazard, Walcott and Sterling

Rotating 2 of Ritchie / Sinclair / Sakho depending on fixtures

Up front - Rooney & Kane

Any feedback greatly appreciated. Haven't been rating others up till now but will be more active over the next few days (not that I would recommend relying on my feedback!)

I'm planning on getting him (or Milner) in I need to free up funds for Sergio, I'm starting with Walcott initially.

As a Liverpool fan I'm not overly-optimistic about us hitting the ground running this season, the first 6/7 away games are pretty horrific and we'd need our defence to improve significantly and new players to bed in very quickly. I'm playing wait and see for the moment, but if things goes well I might have Benteke and Hendo/Milner (Milderson?) in my team after 5/6 weeks.

i'm Hazardless but i decided i won't be Agueroless too. dropped Azpi to Targett so 2.0m in the bank to do Costa->Aguero after GW1 when inevitably the rush is on to get him in.

Defense i'm a little bit wary of, some risk there for sure, Bellerin and Darmian i'm happy with and will be playing every week. O Shea as my 4.5m as S'land finished well defensively under Advocaat, and opening fixtures are kind. I'm hoping worries over O Shea being dropped prove un-founded, he's club captain and has played almost every game for 3 seasons running, i'll be very surprised if he is dropped, but acknowledge it is a bit of a risk. Targett and Taylor as 4.0 cheapies that should start GW1, after that hopefully a 4.0 starter stands out and i'll be getting him in. Ruddy(me old flower!) and Rudd in goals, cheap as chips and nice opening fixtures. With a bit of luck i'll have a F/T when needed to get in the next gk with a nice fixture run.

Midfield speaks for itself basically. Ritchie starting every week you could say is my weak point, attacking-wise, but for a 6.0m mid i don't think there's any better starting off. Bournemouth nice opening fixtures too. Also they scored slightly more away from home last season than at home so at least i won't have to worry about benched points :P gone with Wanyama as the 4.5 mid. Makes sense. Seems nailed on. Can change easily if this season's Georgie Boyd makes himself known.

Strong up front, i feel. Giroud i think is more-or-less nailed on, though if that proves not to be the case then out he goes. Benteke the most likely replacement. But as long as Giroud is playing there's big points potential for him, kind of hard not to do well when you have Arsenal's mids around you!! Costa for GW1 and captain, most likely making way for Aguero GW2 as mentioned. Kane is Kane and is a bargain at 9.5 i think, it'll take some convincing before i remove him from my squad.

O Shea/Martin/Francis/Huth are all 4.5 defs you might consider. Walcott should be ok for GW1 but after that may be a doubt with Sanchez available. Pelle a bit of a gamble but i'm sure you know that - has the potential to score well and S'hampton's opening fixtures are favourable. Personally i wouldn't be mad on your keepers. For me, the later +1M represents better value and more proven potential. They're not as explosive but that's the risk I suppose. I'm not fully comfortable with Yaya there but 0.5 gets me a solid 9.0 replacement.

I'd be much more about the 27 m option there personally.

Should have mentioned it but it's with an early WC in mind, I don't really see the benefit of a strong squad at this stage. A bogey keeper and def can certainly be carried. Costa, Aguero and Sanchez all have big question marks over gametime for the first few GW's and the WC rules them out.

If you're planning to play 5-3-2 every week then fair enough, but most people would play 3-4-3, with 3-5-2 and 4-4-2 being the next most popular formations. I'd be downgrading 2/3 of your defenders and re-investing those funds on my midfield and attack.

Interesting how strong you've gone at the back, your GK and 3 defenders should pick themselves every week. I'm not convinced by Rooney, overated :-)
Anytime in previous seasons, he's done f all when I had him, not consistent enough.
