I almost never go barefoot really, even when I'm at home I usually have socks and slippers on. I take the socks off only when I'm in bed (during the summer) or having a shower. My feet are usually cold. Definitely thinking foot fetish as I'm wondering why the OP only wants to know about women going barefoot?
