What to you is the height of Rudeness ???

Mine are if you cant hear someone and you ask them to repeat it and then they do so but in a slow manner and condescending way.

People on there phones/tablets while youre trying to talk to them

People wearing headphones when youre talking to them

Tardiness.
I can't abide it.

Fair enough we all get delayed, but if I was meeting someone at a specified time and I was going to be five minutes late then I'd ring or text at a bare minimum.

It's incredibly rude to just happen along at whatever time you happen to show up.

Well they can't leave the tills open/ leave money lying around the till while they wait for you to pack them. What they should do though is help you which I have seen in my local dunnes!

They don't have to leave the till open, just either put the change down beside the groceries (lots of places do this, I don't mind it) or just hold it until the person is finished (M&S staff do this a lot and so must be trained to). Trying to give someone money whilst they're packing is rude and the next time someone does it to me I'm going jump up on the shop counter and start acting like a monkey in the zoo.

Workmates - all university educated professionals - that still think it's OK to leave dirty fcuking skid marks in work toilets or leave the toilet seat soaked in piss.

Like I said, my local Dunnes will help you pack, but I don't see how giving you your change at any point is rude. You gave them money, you know you're expecting change, just stop bagging for two seconds and take it from them.

It's rude because you're busy holding the bag with one hand, packing with the other and then all of sudden you have a hand full of change that you need to pocket before you can carry on packing.

Because it's such a huge surprise that if you give more money than you're meant to give, you're gonna get the difference back.

What you're describing really isn't rude unless the cashier has some kind of attitude and they're trying to rush you or something.

Queue jumping! Drives me insane. I have recently encountered on a couple of occasions old biddies who seem to think that their age/dodderyness should send them straight to the top of a long queue.

I have to admit though that my intolerance of this behaviour recently led me to have egg all over my face, when I gave out to a queue jumping teenager on a waterside who barged in front of my 7 year old, pushing him slightly whilst doing so. I could only see her from behind and started to let her have it, she turned around and was quite obviously special needs. I have never felt like such a cnut in my life.

Being late / leaving someone waiting :mad:

Had an ex leave me waiting for a half hour, missing the start of a movie we were meant to see and she turns up with a Starbucks coffee in hand. Said Starbucks was no where near where she was coming from or the cinema so she literally had to cross to the other side of the city to go to it. Showed a serious amount of disrespect. Found herself dumped soon afterwards, it was just one nail in the coffin.
