jesus the guy on the north american chat was all ready to give me a refund then we both realised i used the wrong customer support, so i ring up the irish support line got this absolute **** of a bloke was just ignoring everything i said about me getting what i paid for, i said what if i do a charge back, he said they would ban my account :mad:

Was the irish psn one, no matter what I said explained just kept saying your game works you got it no refund ugh. Guess il stick with it or charge back.

Well to be fair PSN make it clear there is a no refund policy and they aren't the one that ****ed up either. Even more credit to them, they have said they will take action officially if ZOS don't sort it soon.

I finally got a reply from eso support and it was an automated response to say well close your ticket unless we hear from you within the next 4 days and then a survey to ask me how I thought there interaction went with me

What bloody interaction how about actually interacting with me in the first place before sending me poxy surveys

I'm looking for some Xbone buddies to play with. I'm generally on the NA server as it seems to be more reliable for me but I have a character on the EU one, but she's fairly useless and only level 7.

Just trying a few classes to ten, enjoyable game surprised how well it translated to consoles but the lack of a text chat box is doing my head in.

They're meant to be testing it in Battlefield on consoles. The chat box.
So hopefully it will make it's way across to other games.

Same here , as have lot stuff I would like to sell but can't find any buyers and npcs don't give any goal . Also finding it hard to.join a guild is there a board's one by any chance ?

Really? I get requests every few minutes. We have a guild. My name is GodlessMimicry. Send me a message and I will invite you in.

It is a bad design though as its to easy for everyone to be good at all crafts unless they choose not to intentionally. Really needed to shoehorn people into a specialty and have a player auction house similar to LoTRO.

Nearly a week and no reply from customer support or ingame tickets about getting any imperial addition content....

Its actually very annoying , even rockstsr are better than these shower

I run the guild Garren's Razor. Only getting started up so accepting all recruits. Especially could use more for PvP as even in large groups, it is very hard to do with total randomers with no synergy.

I'll send a request for this tomorrow when am back on

I presume there wasn't an update today as it's the exact same size as the day one update and I complained about the fact I haven't got my explorer pack or eso plus and crowns again so maybe they reset my account or something so Iv to download it again

The servers were down for maintenance, then they said they were doing a "incremental patch" aka small changes, xbox 1 patch 500mb ps4 patch 16gb...

Apparently on ps4 they are making us re download the first massive patch with changes. :mad: this is feping bull**** to be honest.

Makes a lot more sense than my explaination and it still doesn't make sense ha. Hopefully everything will be fixed when I get on next

Try pause the download for a couple of minutes and then then continue, seems to work for some including myself if it is taking too long.

The first 5 gigs downloaded in about 40 min then it was stupidly slow till 1am going at 1mb from 1 to 20 sec now it's going faster but normally I would download huge files within an hour dunno Wtf is up with this, at least they pushed back the restart scheduled for tomorrow till the 29th

Yeah I left it downloading all night and there are still 3gb left to go this morning. Why do a server maintenance if it doesn't help anything?

Well I had enough of this farce, so I contacted PSN support got a hold of a very helpful Scottish agent who I admit tried to fob me off at first but once I explained the situation and he knew I wasnt having any of it became helpful.

So 2 things are happening

1) My problem with eso is going into the pile of others with the same issues no crowns etc etc, not sure if its an exaggeration but he said hundreds of thousands direct quote had the same problem for investigation with sony

2) He has initiated a refund request reluctantly but it has gone in

So now we wait
