This is my experience: - The new bulbs cost more than the old - They last about as long as the old - My lights are turned on the same as always - My ESB bills have remained the same So everything is the same besides the higher cost of the new bulbs. €10 today for two LED bulbs in my local hardware store whereas before I could have bought two bulbs for a few euro. All in all, it's a scam.
