'Castle forged' is a reference to good quality steel and craftsmanship..... the making of Valyrian steel however was lost with the Fall of Valyria.
All Valyrian swords are heirlooms fiercely guarded by their owners. Approx 200 are known to exist. Smaller knives not included in this total.

The Prologue to A Game of Thrones has a White Walker sword fighting with Waymar Royce.

So not sure where you get the idea that they are above that sort of thing when we see it in the first few pages of the first book.

I've found more than one poster 'guessing' on the unread threads over the seasons only to find they had posted elsewhere on different threads/fora stating that they had read the books.

In fairness it is not as frequent this year as mods are controlling it well

I know some people who've read the books recently enough but before that would have had things semi spoiled on them either online or through overheard conversations before. There are some knobhead book readers who love spoiling things on Facebook. It is a small amount admittedly as book readers are generally quite careful but the person who's ready summaries ahead of time might not have the same consideration.

If something suitably tragic doesn't happen to her in the next two episodes that entire love story will be seen as total bull****. Although it already is total bull****.

Yeah, it's basically the wildling lady from last weeks episode dragged out. No major character is going to die here so we have to shoe horn these ones in and try and force the audience to care about them.

I can see a possibility that the Missandei/Greyworm romance results in the Unsullied abandoning Dany. Missandei dies due to a error/mistake or ruling on Dany's part and Greyworm orders the Unsullied to leave

I'm guessing it's building up to Missandei or Greyworm croaking it from being poisoned by the locusts in place of Strong Belwas.

Good shout. Probably Missandei. Grey wrom goes spare and kills Dany's husband. Other unsullied go spare and start butchering the masters. Jorah is fighting in the pit at the time. Then Drogon comes in and saves Dany just as she's about to be stabbed by a Son of the Harpy. She flies off on his back with Tyrion and Jorah watching in awe. End scene and possibly end season.

Hmm possibly. Though I don't think either of them would think it proper in her presence.

If they're doing the poisoning they would more likely use the person who has already replaced Belwas as a former slave pit fighter and killer of the Meereenese champion, Dario.
He wouldn't think twice about eating a bowl of locusts in front of here. He'd probably even manage to get his arse out again.

Me too. I'm wondering what is the significance of the insurance broker refusing to insure the guy who has been on 18 voyages. The broker looks at the 3 documents the guy gives him, but mostly at the 3rd document, which contains a map, and then says "can't do it". The sailor seems very upset by this. I'm assuming that the map was of somewhere that's quite dangerous, so the sailor really wanted the insurance, but the broker won't touch it with a bargepole.

Just had a look.

The Voyage seems to be to Slavers Bay via Valyria.

So sailing into a war zone via a cursed land. I think the Insurance Broker made the right choice.

Just watched it yesterday. What an excellent episode.
From the beginning to the end it was catchy and i was looking forward to what might happens next!

I loved the Cercei scenes, nice to see she gets what she deserves!

The last 20 minutes with the white walkers was just fantastic!

Especially the fight between Jon and the white walker and then your one standing at the pier watching them run away.

Chills all over me!!

Haven't read through all the pages here, so sorry if this has been said already. But I think he was hiding the boat engine. Kind of spoiled the episode for me (just slightly) as I was then noticing that everything was a TV set instead of being totally immersed.
