What new rules would you impose on After Hours?

(1) Users are not allowed to post in After Hours until they have a post count of 50 or more.

(2) A "Random thoughts" thread, for people to post their random thoughts. Besides being useful on its own, also in an attempt to stamp out the endless amount of nonsense threads being started.

Split it in two. One forum where it's 'PC' for want of a better phrase, and regulated and modded etc beyond belief, where one group of the posters can hang out, and anyone acting the pup will be banned on sight as they knew where they were, another where you just say whatever you think and no one can complain that they find something offensive as they knew what they were in for when they hopped the fence, and they'll be banned on sight. Then everyone's happy.

That won't be too hard to enforce,I'd like the rules adjusted so I would be allowed to curse.Calling somebody a prock just doesn't get the message across properly in my eyes.I feel I can't express myself properly under the current regime.Some might even call it discriminatory,not me however there's enough of those pc wunkers posting in after hours as it is.
