I was out by the Lee Fields the other day; St. Anne's really is a most impressive, formidable building. It must have taken some effort to build it.

Wouldn't be a fan of HDR type stuff myself. Its like looking at everything through a blown out amoled display. They'd be great photographs otherwise.

The old FAS building is definitely one of the interesting buildings, if not beautiful. I have a friend from Central/Eastern Europe and she says it reminds her of the 60s architecture there built under the Eastern regimes. And it's definitely not as ugly as the Science Building in UCC.

I'm really glad someone posted R&H Hall building and the old Revenue building on Sullivan's Quay. I love those buildings - they have their own style.
I also really like the bus station. I'm so glad they went with a refurb rather than a rebuild.

Some people try to insist that I only like these buildings just to annoy people, to get a reaction or to be seen as "different" but I genuinely love the bleak, ugly beauty of these buildings.

I love the old tiling that's on the Savoy. And the whole shape of the upper part of the building. It seems very 1920s to my uneducated eye.

It would be, Art Deco. Pretty much everything on Pana is post 1921 as the existing buildings got burnt down. Pity the advertising spoils it a bit...would be a great night out venue if it didn't attract so many scobes.
