Ive seen alot of posts here with people saying it's grand, don't judge people and there is nothing wrong with it but at the end of the post is "it's not for me tho". People are very quick to confirm it's great but not for them. I think this is because ultimately men want to get the best but everyone knows its not real if you have to pay for it. I don't see anything wrong with it, it's just that it has a social stigma attached.

Quite a few men simply don't want the "connection", or the "relationship" part of it, but there seem to exist significantly fewer women that think likewise - which, it has to be said, also get unfairly labeled as "sluts".

It's simply not true that you pay for it anyway, I've had sex the same night I met women and never paid a cent for any drinks, in fact women have often paid for my drinks.

The absolute cynicism of seeing sex as something you have to pay for( monetary or otherwise ) is so depressing, do so many people fell themselves so unworthy and wary of relationship's.

Well,I guess it's time for a bit of honesty then.
Before I was married and had kids,I was single and working in the Netherlands, and I will freely admit to going to a "Health Spa",mostly I would go with a Group of lads,but once or twice,I Went on my own.

Can't say I have an issue with it, though it's something I wouldn't do myself. As long as he takes the necessary precautions, it shouldn't carry too much risk. Just because he uses a prostitute doesn't mean he has the wrong opinion of women, it's just that the desire for sex and the desire for emotional attraction don't go hand in hand, some people want one or the other, he just wants sex.

another reason as well is the anonymity that visiting an escort affords one. if you enter into a relationship or i suppose even a short fling you become known by the lady and her friends, at least some of them. but if the relationship turns sour its goes sour with all her friends too. if this is a woman from your local area, you could be in trouble.

visiting an escorts does away with this. its a professional service as the advertise. once you walk out the door you never see the lady again. i am sure that is part of the attraction

I am aware of course that the hooker will provide whatever the guy is paying for (within their own limits) but from the other conversation I was having it sounded as though the guy is saying that sex is great simply because she is a hooker and that the guy wasn't wanting anyting unique just 'guaranteed great sex'. So I was trying to make the point that the real reason he is going to see the hookers is because they will do things for him that the other women will not. The question was rhetorical.

Not unworthy, just don't trust them.

With the consequences of marriage being so punitive for men specifically, there's been a move in Western society twoards what has been called a marriage strike as more and more men simply refuse to get into a legally binding situation that could be devastating to them down the line.
