but I knew a dealer who used get the ride off some girls when they were short cash for what they'd taken on credit.
funny thing is they weren't junkie types either.

Barter, plain and simple.
There can be a few addict-looking birds doing it but most aren't. And it's not very regular. I've never heard it being outright asked/offered but there's a tacit agreement.
