Great wine and food. Everyone's favourite music. Uninhibited celebrations ;-) much kissing and er, ah... oh, and everyone to have treasured memories of it: and a gift to keep and cherish as a memento. And their own marriages and/or relationships to be enriched and reassured by the contact with ours. Its been decades since I got married-for-real, and we haven't done so badly. If money were no object I would have already lost my mind so that would be normal. Actually got married back in August and must say I can't think of anything else we could of had that would have cost us more money. Had drinks reception in a castle after the ceremony with finger food. More bites when arrived at hotel. Open bar for part of the night. BBQ the next day for close friends and family.
