Smells like teen spirit?

My son is almost a teenager. He showers everyday and keeps his room tidy but lately there is a smell in his room. It's not very pleasant. It's not food left out or socks or dirty clothes as I've eliminated those. I wash his bedding weekly so I'm bewildered as to what the odour is. Anybody have any ideas???

Could be food marks on desks so on, type a cup would make on a polished table.
Milk stinks in those circles a cup or bowl makes when left on a table or desk or shelf .
I suggest you wash down all flat surfaces where a cup or bowl might have been left down.

If he or his friends aren't complaining about the smell, maybe it's just you detecting it. At different stages of our lives certain odors seem funky.
