Money is wasted when the 43 police forces in England and Wales pay widely varying prices for very similar items. The Police currently spend 13% of their income, amounting to £1.7 billion, procuring the items they need.
We love that manual handbrakes have been fitted for "operational effectiveness" we all know what that means
