Well if the decisions are based on the degree of congestion there is a good case for widening the M50 to three lanes past J14 and doing something about the M/N11 choke points on the Bray/Kilmacanogue sections. Terrible tailbacks morning and night; they often stretch back as far as Newtownmountkennedy in the mornings.
