Sheet, 13.5 tog duvet, eiderdown and a very heavy blanket. It's very toasty. OH still bring a hot water bottle though.

It's not that bad! My ex came shopping a lot with me. Keep him distracted with pick and mix and the promise of underwear shopping at the end.

I think parents kinda have to be a bit boring. Years of living carefully and protecting their babies/todlers/ child from danger kinda kicks a lot of the 'daring' out of people.
