Yes , on sale. Sales usually have a timeframe , then it goes back to full price..
That offer is half the full price. Don't like it don't buy it.

I took "on sale" as meaning it was "available to buy" like everything else always is and not "in a sale"....if you know what I mean..:)

Generally items don't double in price unless it was an offer/sale item and the sale is ending:)

It was on offer before at this price and is on offer again now.

Not for a Celeron chip mate. Make is good though.

Cheers for that, wouldn't be computer-savy. Just know the brand is good and thought it was a good deal.

No worries. Suppose you won't be looking or needing anything high end though. If not into games etc then a Celeron is fine at cheaper price. Here's one from Dell from €250. http://www.dell.com/ie/p/inspiron-15-3531-laptop/pd?oc=cn53105 You can add on parts. I've still got a Dell Celeron in the family From nearly ten years ago. They've since moved production to cheap lands far away but happy with a recent one I purchased.

No I wont be, it'd just be for online use, watching movies, music etc. Not anything high tech needed, just something that will run smoothly and a decent brand to fall back on too.

Thanks for the reccomendation but we've had a couple of Dell Laptops, and swore never again.

Its very expensive for a Celeron. up your budget a little and get something that will last.

Have one myself, its a great camera, a lot smaller than an SLR, so handy to take out. Note that the flash is detachable, so its not as big as it looks in the Argos pic. I paid a lot more than that about 14 months ago. Amazon lightning deal was £300.
