What a silly ****. She completely failed to plan accordingly for a move to a different country yet somehow manages to blame everything but that on why she didn't have a good experience here.

Wonderful. You seem really intelligent and circumspect and like you totally learned something from your carefully-considered decision to "move to Ireland" for twelve whole days. The best part of this article was your critical examination of the white privilege dripping off of you like agave syrup down the side of a Pumpkin Spice Latte. As you said in the article, this experience definitely helped you "stretch your boundaries" and "grow as a person," but I'm glad you finally made it back to the safety of the Minnesota coffee shops where you belong!
