These Islamic states sicken me. Dogs are considered unclean in Islamic Dogma but up until now you could still keep them in private. However newly drafted laws could easily result in 74 lashes for dog owners if they are caught by Irans vigilant 'morality police' catch dog owners.

So for these dog owners they either have to submit their beloved pets to death or risk torture. They truly have a barbaric society.
