these were my congratulatory wosd from a fellow boardsie after the marathon,but i think they actually ring true and they have now become my new log header..so next year startin dec 1st ill be startin trainin a proper.at the moment im just takin a well earnd rest(i think) and am just going to xersize 3 times a week so two of dem done so far wit a 7.5 on sunday with woundedknee and lechile and a 3.5 mile today...im off to eat some more...

Nuthin concrete yet.next race is Longwood Mara in Jan,as near to 3hrs as is possible..you will be running there that day as well on your last long run b4 donadea

The Winter Series of 1/2/3 mile races in Raheny will be kicking off shortly also.
These take place at 8pm on Tuesdays (€7 per race) and I intend doing as many as possible.
Fixture list is yet to go up on their site but usually starts in a few weeks.
Maybe keep this in mind over the Winter?
