Did you manage to get a reservation code,I'm heading into Argos tomorrow as I also reserved one of the giant Darth Vader figures.(The young lad is gonna need a giant stocking for Xmas)

Just ordered it on the argos site..no stock but they sent me a message 2 days later saying it was available for collection.......might just jump over to the dark side for one of those Massive Darth Vaders too......

Eventually got a reply from Argos saying that they are discontinued,odd considering somebody posted that they are only new out (it actually says it on Argos' site)

Calling into store later anyway so I'll ask them there.

Good stuff. Got these last time out and was so impressed I spent full whack on a replacement pair when I broke my others.

Gonna grab some of these tomorrow to use as spares. Great earphones!

I'd imagine it would be highly unlikely and it's a "when they're gone, they're gone" promo to clear old stock.

Apple themselves have dropped the price of the iPad Air 1 (though admittedly not as much as argos) on their site and there's a few new ones on adverts.ie too from I'd imagine people who are seriously annoyed the 2 came out a few days after they bought their 1's (I do know of one person who got a 1 as a present a few weeks and he's the biggest apple nut ever and was genuinely gutted that he didn't get a 2 - the person who bought it for him is a bit older and wouldn't really have a clue about these things but you'd think the shop assistant would have said something as he/she sold the iPad? Anyway, his is on adverts somewhere - I think - it may be ebay?).
