Shakespeare's Sister wrote: » Yeh you sound really... "Nice". Making sure to pick up "pussy" every night out is the epitome of nice.
Foxmint wrote: » I'm a nice guy, often the nicest in the room by far, and I get all the women I want. Far too many of them at times, if truth be told. Some of the slimely pick up book mantra's spouted as gospel here on boards are laughable.

Wibbs wrote: » To some degree we all "self delude" in relationships. In any event what's the issue? I'm not them or in their relationship so why would it worry me? Outside of the whole "mail order" arrangements, I have encountered a bit of the snarkiness in age gap relationships I've had(10-15 year gaps, so nothing too mad). Men who made comments were coming from jealously as far as I was concerned. The women who made comments were the ones around my age who were usually single and as they aged added to their long list of criteria for what they wanted, nay demanded in a man. Yea real clever love, that's like sticking a Ferrari price tag on a Skoda. Might work at 20, ain't gonna fly at 40. And they knew it, hence the snarkiness at what they saw as "unfair competition" from younger women.

bodice ripper wrote: » Healthy. If you had a daughter, is this the way you would want anyone to see her? When she was born, do you think you would hold her in your arms and think, "maybe one day, she can find a man 20+ years her senoir who doesn't speak the language, so she can represent good value for money."

Shakespeare's Sister wrote: » Where's the prudishness? And it's stupid enough to use "jealous" and "begrudger" incorrectly and with no substantive cause, let alone spell them incorrectly.
Shakespeare's Sister wrote: » That's not what she said whatsoever but tell yourself it is if you enjoy the idea. "A man" isn't = men.
Foxmint wrote: » Actually it is none of your business, you cannot dictate to other adults how they choose to live their lives. You'll have to get over your prudishness and get on with your own life. Newsflash - no one cares what jealous prudes or begruders think, other than themsleves.
