Thread game: Where's that from?

Fairly simple game.

Basically post a screen shot [no cropped pictures...] from any video game (Don't go for such obscure games though that nobody would have a hope of knowing

), and have others guess what it is. 100% certainty answers follow up with a screenshot of another game, ancient or recent.

People might cheat using certain methods... but eh - you can always view a video on youtube and take your own screenshot.

Yeah it was certainly fairly rubbish. The entire game was set in a bunker. I remember just using the right leg attack and levelling that alone. So my fighter had a crazy OP right leg and twigs for other limbs

Yep, great game, you could find bunkers with crazy advanced tech units in them that used to chew through the enemy. One of the few C&C rip offs that used to provide a bit of challenge, the primitive surface dwellers used to build massive armies and tank-rush you.
