Due to a overwhelming litter of Song ID threads cluttering the forum.. from August 13th 2006, the forum now has a new policy on this.

Everything related to a song ID HAS to be posted in this thread and this thread only.

Any "what's that song" type posts made outside of this thread will be deleted without hesitation.

And also would like to avoid any real discussion in the thread besides requests for a song ID, identification of a song and acknowledge / thanks for the ID. Not really a strict policy on this but if i see a discussion going on for 10 posts about how great a particular song is or something to that effect, i will delete it due to simply cluttering up the thread.

I'm looking for a song I heard on the radio yesterday and actually saw the video for but cannot remember the name of! It was in the Top 40 the last time I checked but I can't find it there now! It was a remix of a soft song with a girl singing and the main riff was electric guitar. Any ideas?

I heard a song on the radio the other day, it had a kind of super mario loop in it and I think also a sample from an Eminem track. There was a British rapper on it, and the chorus was done by another guy (who was rapping but didn't really sound like a rapper at all, he sounded a bit shy and boring). I'm pretty sure the radio DJ said it was from Tinie Tempah in 2008 but I might have mixed up the name or year.

I've been trying to find it on the internet but haven't got it yet. Any ideas?

I am watching the "1990 Fifa World Cup Film - Soccer Shoot-Out". There is a song when the Irish fan joins the van with the Dutch fans. Anyone knows which song is it? You can listen to it at 32:28 on youtube (I can't put link as I am a new user). Search for "1990 FIFA World Cup Film - Soccer Shoot-Out" it is the one that lasts 1:40:56 Any help much appreciated!
