So,the isralies had some of their citizens murdered and as usual have to kill 10-20 palestinians for every 1 israelie they lost.Scores of innocents will be murdered including a few littel girls already killed and Garth brooks gets teh headline of each newspaper.

Complete hypocrisy, all week ive been hearing on the news Israeli and US leaders speaking about "every country has the right to defend itself when being attacked". How does that differentiate from what is happening in those photos?

A picture from the IDF, who are as we know, in no way shape or form a trust worthy source. BTW, they had no business assaulting a ship in International waters, and then shooting people in the back.

Come on, we both know, that the IDF, will at best give the murderers a slap on the wrist, and that solely due to the media attention.

Ask yourself this, to an observer uninvolved in the conflict, after seeing multiple instances of pretty blatant murder of civilians including children, by a group claiming to be not targeting civilians, what conclusion would they come to? I am pretty sure the conclusion is that at best they are being indiscriminate in there attacks, and at worst, they are actively targeting civilians.

Firstly, do you count yourself an anti-semite, seeing as your posting on this topic.....

Secondly, both Palestinians and Israeli's are semites.....

Thirdly, is that they are a defacto support of the Israeli settlement project , which being a colonial project is inherently a racist one. Now, I could conclude on that basis that support for Israel is clearly racist in nature as well, but I don't see that being all that helpful, as I am sure there are multitude of reasons.

No one contacted Hamas, about the first cease fire, they heard about it via the media. Generally, when negotiating a ceasefire, both sides are contacted. It seem pretty clear that the Egyptian military junta set up the whole thing to fail, due to there hatred of Hamas, due to Hamas's link the previous democratically elected government. Hamas should have accepted, but as no one contacted them, it was always bound to fail, and responsibility for that is on the Egyptian military junta.

As for the 2nd ceasefire, there are groups other than Hamas who fired rockets from what I understand.

Tbh I reckon people have gotta put themselves in the position of Israeli people, who are bound to be defensive somewhat, but at the same time, there are Israeli people who don't agree with the military's strategy.
People who aren't Israeli though, and blind to the obvious issues with the IDF's disproportionate strategy... beyond comprehension.

I think the Israelis have the right to defend themselves when it comes to Hamas rocket attacks, and I don't have time for extremists in Palestine/supporting Palestine, but Christ... all you have to see is a few pictures of what's being inflicted on countless Palestinians to know full well this is so very wrong. And now peace is further than ever, and hate stronger than ever.
