Awful crime, but Israel isn't any better, seeing as they broke the ceasefire in the first place, and there continued violent settlement project.
Care to explain the attacks on civilian targets, where rockets weren't fired from e.g. the attempt to murder the Gaza police chief (police are a civilian target not being military) for example? Oh wait, you won't acknowledge that and just claim without proof that Hamas are using Human Shields.
What interesting is Hamas stopped attacking, those settlements get bigger and bigger for some reason. Even, when the PA work with Israel to stop attacks the settlement increase.
Hamas is an extremist group that has been born out of the extreme suffering of a displaced population. Think of the hate that the Irish have historically had for the English, think of the recent history of the IRA and the support they have had. Then multiply the oppression by about 100 and then see if you can empathize with why a group like Hamas exist. The locals have no hope, they cannot leave, they cannot make a life if they stay, their destiny is watch their families and friends murdered over and over again while the world watches and does nothing. Do you think you would be an extremist if your family and friends were murdered unjustly with no repercussion? I would say most of us would but amazingly the majority of people living in Gaza are not extremists who just desperately want a chance at a future. Have a look at some figures for the numbers of Palestinians killed vs Israeli's over the last couple of decades. You then might see that Israel is the genocidal aggressor even if they don't announce it publicly.
