base fm 99.5 has seased broadcasting as of tonight according to their facebook, reason unknown, as well as all the "deep" house crap, there was some good shows and music on there

Still a blank carrier on 99.5. Their Facebook friend page seems to be gone.

Rather than pressure from the authorities, it could also be loss of studio, a re-branding exercise, change of owner or just low on funds.

They may also be trying to sell on the TX gear as a going concern.

...all just guess work of course!

NRG 88.1 is being jammed by rte radio 1 in clondalkin village , I have never noticed this before .

do any RTE transmitters use 88.1 anyone know? maybe there is a lift and thats causing the signal to get into dublin? all though you could be right and something is actually going on, i'l keep an ear out here to NRG online and see if they say anything more, they are aware of this so it should be sorted.

NRG should be back in a few days apparently.

Obvious one would be splatter from 88.2 from Truskmore. No tx's on 88.1, and there's no obvious ones on 88.3

Phever were off air at lunch time also, not sure if they are back now.

At around about 2.00pm NRG (first), then Tonik (shortly after) went off... Phever were off/went off too. No pirates on at all.... (black wednesday?, hope not!)

No radio here to check if there all back

They are all on Air, PVR93.2 awful quality very low audio sounds like a bad link. Base99.5 had random testing RDS displayed easier no audio its off now

NRG off air again. Dance music back on 99.5, no ID. Phever barely audible on 93.2.

Also, heard a live link and some adverts on Galaxy FM - so they seem to be giving it a go.

PVR932 has had link issues over the last few days, the 'interference' on the audio is the link not the FM transmitter.

NRG on a blank carrier.

Tonik audio is paticularly good at the moment, Base transmitter has been on and off, no sign of Easy on 91.6

There have been problems at the NRG TX site today, Comreg not involved, 99.5 site and tx have been sold to an existing pirate.

what are the current pirates using for processing these days out of interest? all breakaway or different setups? a long shot i know

Nrg has been wiped out here in the north east with BBC R 2 interference pretty much since early summer, lucky there's a nice online stream

HEAT has appeared as the RDS name on 99.5.

NRG back on and sounding great as always!

Test tone on 92.2 this morning, nothing on 99.5 at all.

Blank carriers on 91.6,99.5 and 92.2 FM in Dublin this afternoon.

Dance916 now on 91.6 and playing music. Music also on 99.5 but no RDS.
