He is the ****ing least of our problems man ffs, we had a non existent half back line with the weakest midfield to play with cork in a long time last night. Add on only 1 half forward actually putting it in and its a miracle we didn't concede more. Galvin was caught for the goal but was solid.
Iif people cant see the problem with cork is the naivete of Cuthbert with his nice football approach we are in trouble. In addition we have a keeper who has a terrible kick out and putting our already meek middle third under pressure to win ball.
However for some reason you have this vendetta on noel galvin a debutant, when he isn't even close to our biggest problem, you are as bad as the former poster and his issue with john hayes, cop on man ffs.

I agree totally with your post, Straight Talker. Hopefully Thinkstoomuch or his Alter Ego Thinkstoomuch1 (!!) posts here again giving his insight and predictions! People are quick to point out if his predictions go wrong but he is correct most of the time. At least his passion for GAA shines through all the time.

I dont understand this venue debate for the hurling final. The agreement is in place. We are at home so lets all get on with it.

I think we all know Cork won against Tipperary yesterday

Munster Senior Football Semi-Final
Cork 0-16 Tipperary 1-11

and the juniors also won

Munster Junior Football Semi-Final
Cork 0-15 Limerick 0-13

In the first round of the Munster Senior Ladies Football Championship the result was

Cork 7-23 Clare 1-5

No thats not a misprint!

And in the Liberty Insurance Camogie Championship Group 1

Cork 4-24 Dublin 0-5

Now the Senior football game was too close for comfort but Cork had a lot of good wins recently!!

They scored a few good pts and then pulled everyone back and it worked a dream but they couldn't take their scores in the last quarter - some terrible kicking from great positions. Also missed a lot dead balls from long range.
They have themselves to blame and got exactly what they deserved.

They'll do well in the qualifiers.

We can't persist with the likes of John Hayes, Andrew O'Sullivan at this level amazed John Hayes lasted the whole match but Tipp should have won it they had so many scorable wides.

Saturday night, balmy conditions about 4000, quiet lead up to the game was an ideal set up for an ambush but they dragged themselves to a win in the last 5 mins. Tip should have been further ahead, they will be devastated not to have won - that in itself tells its own story.
Might be the kick in the are that Cork need.

Do you think the fact that Tipperary had an extra game played against Limerick helped them tonight? Or were Cork just that bad?

5 points in four minutes, three from Walsh saved Cork. Heard from someone at the game that a Cork weren't playing like a team at all, very poor marking and if Tipp took half if their wides in the second half, Cork would be out

PUC hosted munster hurling finals in 2011 and 2012 both Tipp v Waterford the Munster council had no issue with PUC then.

On the subject of Sweetnam. He's transferred his club rugby from Dolphin to Cork Con this year coming up. Still with Munster as was said, 1 year left officially.

It was brought in as a result of the black card but you dont have to receive a black card to make 6 subs.

Otherwise, that would be giving an advantage to teams who get black cards. It's 6 subs across the board now.
